Ce secteur pourrait ainsi conna\u00eetre des transformations majeures qui redessineraient le paysage des relations professionnelles belges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les (tr\u00e8s) nombreuses modifications propos\u00e9es dans le domaine, quatre mesures se distinguent par leur impact significatif sur la dynamique entre employeurs et travailleurs&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une tr\u00e8s large flexibilit\u00e9 dans les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0: par an, 240 heures suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00ab\u00a0brut pour net\u00a0\u00bb, dans tous les secteurs, et sans justification\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le grand \u00ab\u00a0come-back\u00a0\u00bb de la p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai\u00a0: un pr\u00e9avis r\u00e9duit \u00e0 une semaine au cours des six premiers mois du contrat\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une \u00ab\u00a0activation\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 compensatoire de pr\u00e9avis\u00a0en cas de licenciement : l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 serait plafonn\u00e9e \u00e0 52 semaines (un an) pour les nouveaux engag\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une refonte des bases de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration garantie\u00a0: en cas d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 et de rechute, pas de droit au salaire garanti si la rechute intervient dans les 8 semaines entre les deux incapacit\u00e9s (au lieu de 2 pour le moment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le reste des mesures tendent visiblement vers une flexibilit\u00e9 et une simplification de certaines r\u00e8gles impos\u00e9es aux employeurs (simplification du travail de nuit et du dimanche, des dur\u00e9es minimales de travail revues \u00e0 la baisse, licenciement d\u2019un candidat aux \u00e9lections sociales moins sanctionn\u00e9, simplification du r\u00e8glement de travail concernant les horaires, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les mesures relatives \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019activation&nbsp;\u00bb de la personne sans emploi et du travailleur en incapacit\u00e9 sont \u00e0 ce point nombreuses qu\u2019il serait trop fastidieux d\u2019essayer de les r\u00e9sumer ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces mesures susciteront tr\u00e8s certainement un d\u00e9bat intense, tant de la part des partenaires sociaux, qu\u2019au sein m\u00eame de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.
