H\u00e9l\u00e8ne has developed a solid practice in employment law. She holds the title of specialist in employment law recognized by the French Bar Association of Brussels.<\/p>\n\n\n

She practices employment law in all its aspects and advises private sector companies and employees in both advisory and litigation matters.<\/p>\n\n\n

On a daily basis, she deals with cases relating to the preparation or contestation of dismissals, working hours, compensation and benefits, discrimination, well-being at work, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n

She also assists her clients in negotiations related to the termination of employment contracts or independent service contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne drafts the documents necessary for the efficient HR management of companies (employment contracts, work regulations, internal policies, transactional agreements, etc.). She is particularly attentive to the numerous legal and sectoral evolutions and assists companies in their continuous updating.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
