Blandine has extensive experience in all areas of intellectual property law (trademarks, copyrights and design). Her practice encompasses all areas related to the launch and marketing of products and services, including privacy issues related to personal data protection, distribution, advertising, product regulation and consumer protection. She also has a strong interest in ICT legislation and data protection.
She has written articles on various intellectual property issues and is an active member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and participates in the drafting of the Belgian Group’s reports (recent reports to which she has contributed are: (i) Bad Faith Trademark Registration, (ii) Common Liability in Intellectual Property Infringement, (iii) Intellectual Property Damages for Acts Other than Sales and (iv) Impact of Reasonable Knowledge of Infringement and Compensation for Damages)
She is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
