Evelyne Liégeois

Evelyne works closely with other partners when the firm is called upon as a consultant by companies and, more specifically, she develops an expertise in corporate law in order to assist your company or association in its daily administrative management and in bringing your articles of association into compliance with the new Companies and Associations Code (Corporate housekeeping).

Due to the complexity of the regulations, she ensures that your company is in order administratively in order to avoid your directors and management bodies from incurring procedures and/or fines.
