Harold’s practice focuses on the main areas of civil liability law (non-contractual liability, professional liability, contractual disputes, etc.) and insurance law, and he handles all types of cases in these fields, including road traffic law and personal injury compensation.
He also defends his clients before the criminal courts, following an infringement of the traffic rules or for civil action.
He regularly pleads before the country’s various courts, in both French and Dutch. Harold also has a good knowledge of English.
