Roxane Delfeld

Practice

Roxane practises employment law and specialises in individual employment relationships. She advises and represents both private sector companies and employees in relation to all matters arising out of the employment relationship, both in an advisory and litigation context. Her practice notably includes the drafting of employment agreements, termination agreements and settlement agreements. She works in both French and English and assists national and international clients with a pragmatic and tailored approach.

Committed to finding solutions that best serve her clients’ interests, she favours negotiation as an effective means of resolving disputes. She also has a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Attentive to the contemporary challenges of the modern workplace, she further advises clients on matters relating to discrimination, workplace well-being and the prevention of psychosocial risks at work.
