Practice

Auriane has developed extensive expertise in drafting complex IP contracts, including licenses, collaboration agreements, technology transfer agreements, NDA’s, etc.

She has solid experience in trademark, copyright and patent litigation, having achieved favourable outcomes for her clients before national courts, administrative bodies such as the EUIPO and the BOIP, as well as before the courts of the European Union. She is committed to handling each case with diligence and defending her clients’ interests with care.

Her practice also includes consumer and distribution law, where she advises clients on issues such as promotional games and campaigns, including on social media. She also handles the review of general terms and conditions, the management of complex disputes, and the provision of advice on unfair commercial practices and exclusive and selective distribution agreements.

She works fluently in French, English, and Dutch.
