Maïa Belkin

Practice

Maïa assists and advises companies in the development of their projects across all aspects of corporate law and contract law. Her practice focuses on business transfers and acquisitions, structuring relationships between shareholders, issuing securities, and the daily management of companies, from their creation to their dissolution.

Maïa has also developed expertise in the non-profit sector by assisting non-profit associations (ASBL), international non-profit associations (AISBL), and foundations.

She works in both French and English.
